The Tack Room is up and running. The shop was converted from stables and the end room was actually a tack room in the dim and distant past. This now has seating for approximately ten people with small tables and a counter. It provides a pleasant environment to pause for a chat with friends while enjoying a cup of coffee from the shop coffee machine.

It is being used by some groups of people for meetings. It is not possible to pre book the Tack Room for exclusive use, but if you schedule your meeting at 9a.m. or 4 p.m it is likely you wil have some time with sole use.

Coffee Machine

The coffee machine is now set up in the shop and provides an excellent cup of Moonroast coffee.

In addition we operate a “loyalty” scheme where if you buy five cups of coffee the sixth one is free!

Tea and hot chocolate is also available.

Children’s Book Case

Books are available for children to use while in The Tack Room or Courtyard. One book per child may be borrowed.

Book Exchange

There is a well stocked book case in The Tack Room. You are encouraged to bring one, take one, or buy one for a 50p donation to the shop. A good selection is available, including childrens books..
